Leeann Welsh B.Com. Grad. Dip FP (SIA), JP (Qualified), FPA (Aff)

I began working with SRW Professional in 2003 after leaving my hometown of Brisbane to live in the country with my husband and my two beautiful daughters.

I completed a Bachelor of Commerce in 1996 at Griffith University. While working full-time, I then completed my Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning in 2000 with the Securities Institute. I worked in the banking industry for eighteen months after university before entering the financial planning industry in 1998. I worked as a Paraplanner and then an authorised representative for a firm in Brisbane for five years before beginning my Paraplanning business from home.

I enjoy all aspects of my work including the flexibility of working from home. This allows me to focus on my full-time job, motherhood.

I have worked with Sharon and the team for 13 years now.  I am the Financial Controller for SRW but my role has expanded to include paraplanning.

Mark Debattista  Dip FP

I have worked for SRW for over 5 years after being accepted as a trainee paraplanner. I have now completed my Diploma of Financial Planning and work as an independant staff member

I have been a contractor with SRW since 2007. Paraplanning allows me to balance my role as a mother with my financial contribution to the family.

Suzy Coleman Dip FP

I began working in the financial planning industry in mid 2008 as a Personal Assistant to a Financial Adviser in a Hillross practice. This position gave me invaluable experience in the administration side   and legal requirements of the industry as well as a sound knowledge of the financial advice process. I also began doing a lot of the paraplanning for this practice during this time. While working as a Personal Assistant I was given the opportunity to complete the DipFP, which I did and then became an Authorised Representative myself.

At the end of 2011 my husband and I made a lifestyle decision to move to a remote cattle station in Central Qld.
I began working for SRW Professional as a Paraplanner in early 2012 and take great pride in this work. Working for SRW Professional has allowed me to continue to work in an industry that I am passionate about while raising a family and maintaining the lifestyle that we enjoy.
